A Dream in Amsterdam...
Black Floors. White Walls. Warm Woods... It's THAT simple. Ulrika Lundgren, I can only wish to be as tasteful as you.

Casa Falk: Ingrid Bergman was H E R E
Exposed mainly to the most important elements of the island, the sea and the volcano, Casa Falk belonged to a group of abandoned fishermen's houses back in the 1950s. It became the set of Rosellini's film "Stromboli" and later became the house of Ingrid Bergman.
Later in the 60s, this house belonged to artist Hans Falk, who restored it entirely to a new beginning. Being an art and furniture collector, he understood architecture which is evident in the building today. It is a strong play between interior and exterior. Materials used are mostly indigenous to its surroundings.

Find a place for everything / My home...
As much as I'd like to embrace living clutter-free, I can't help sharing my "happy accidents". The eclectic objects in my home are just a reflection of all my world travels and serendipitous finds. This weekend my home project is finding a place for everything... Do you think I can do it???
