Inspiration Required

Been a very busy busy week, and haven't posted entries...

The bedroom has been a never ending project of late.  I just can't seem to get around to finishing it.  De-cluttering and cleaning is a mere one small step...

This morning I happened to update on my blog lists and looked through Ollie & Seb's Haus for inspiration and sure enough I got some =)  I really need to install my RIBBA ledges that have been waiting!  They are black abd will be placed on my black wall.  I will use it for current publications and inspiration, like a mood board, if you will.

One of my favourite people would've been 85 today.  I've always adored her fictional New York apartment in Breakfast at Tiffany's, and her mysterious counterpart she called "Fred".

Friday Mood

After such an engaging show, The Knife truly inspired me with such electric colours this weekend!  It seems spring came and went for a day and today it's already summer!

I'm normally all about neutrals, but I have to admit I have my electric moments....

Mad Studio Crush

The smallest of spaces are sooo intriguing to me.  I am fascinated with storage solutions and styling tactics!  The details in this studio are crazy cool (notice the bookmark on the bedside).  I definitely am in love with the industrial storage unit (most commonly used in garages, offices and basements in North America), the way like-materials are clustered together makes it seem like an intended composition-- it may very well be!  There are so many art and objects, and yet so krisp and clean.  love it.
