Flipping out on Filippa K

Growing up I was surrounded by many, many rustic textures in all the homes my family owned.  My mother's taste had influenced me through the younger years, and yet I developed a very modern perspective.  Today, she and I have exchanged our appreciation for both styles, continually stimulating each other on combining the two.  

I stumbled upon Filippa K's house tour on Husligheter.se for ELLE Sweden which is the perfect example of Modern Rustic!  Warm, textured, streamlined, and sophisticated.  I could live here...
