Fashion Minimalism L.A.

I was pleasantly surprised to have found this gem in the heart of DTLA (Downtown Los Angeles).  Not only was the fashion itself embracing minimalism, so did the architecture of the raw space.  And more, the merchandising and some details used nothing more than IKEA furnishings.  Beautiful, minimal, and economical.

Inspired in Los Angeles

Currently on vacation mode here in L.A. but inspiration doesn't stop.  When I think of L.A. I think of either International Style, Mid-century, or Spanish bungalows.  Alexandra Angle of Alexandra Angle Interior Design owns a guest cottage in her home in Los Feliz, but instead of the three styles above, it is more centred on Scandinavian Mid-century influences.  It is just adorbs!

I adore the black exterior, the sheepskin, outdoor cafe chairs, the galvanized trough, Windsor bench…  just everything.

Oh! The Great Danes!

I adore the masculine vintage appeal of this Copenhagen flat!  Oh those Danes, they never cease to surprise me, although always I expect to be surprised, I'm not surprised to be surprised.  If that makes any sense!
