You know how much I over-fantasize about living in an industrial raw space... Well that desire has not died since the wee years. It is just something I find immensely intriguing to find these structures and seeing what one can do to make it liveable, unique, and incredibly interesting. The textures, the sense of history, and marrying the old and new together.
David Ling, a former Richard Meier architect, but now owns his own firm David Ling Architects, is fully absorbed by his love for his work, created a home within the walls of this old 1880s dental factory in Gramercy, NYC.
